Robert E Douglas, MBA, MPA, PhD, DTM is a leadership/culture implementation professional and motivational keynote speaker. Robert's mission is to help organizations translate their culture into a highly functional workplace climate that inspires leadership excellence, service and personal accountability. His educational attainments include a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Masters in Public Policy (MPA) and a PhD in Environmental Public Policy. In addition, Dr. Douglas has 28 years of military experience with two tours of active duty in Iraq, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel and is a recent retiree of a major Fortune 50 corporation with 39 years of dedicated service.
Robert is a member of The National Speakers Association, and is past president of the New Orleans Chapter. He has also held officer positions at the Local and District levels of Toastmasters International, and is is a recipient of the Distinguished Toastmasters Award (DTM) and is a John Maxwell Certified Speaker.
As Chief Leadership and Motivational Officer of Douglas Seminars and Presentations, he has presented to several audiences across the United States, delivering enthusiastic keynotes and training programs to several organizations, sharing real life leadership lessons, and utilizing both his corporate and military experiences.
